SOAKING INSTRUCTION FOR
NON-STICKY SABUDANA
- Rines the sabudana with water and place it in a bowl.
- Fill the bowl with water. The water should be at least twice the height of the sabudana in the bowl.
- After 20 minutes drain all the water.
- Close the bowl with a lid and leave it for at least 3 hours (you can also keep your bowl in the refrigerator if you wish to cook later).
- After 3 hours, your sabudana will be ready to cook.
